He's saying his name is DON, not "Dung" or "Tang" or anything else. Check the film's IMDB listings, it says there that "Don" is played by "Ken Leung".

Both guys are a rabbai and a priest, and they went to an electronic store to buy a karaoke machine. In the end when Ed Norton opens the jacket the salesman sees his collar which reveals that he’s a priest.

EHHH, I dont think this should be a race war... lol. I've heard Filipinos with worse accents than this. I say the character is supposed to be Filipino because the stereotype is that they sing karaoke alot.
