My life changed when I realized that restaurants have higher prices on food delivery apps than in person. Even if you select "Pick Up" in the app, it'll still charge more. Unless I REALLY don't wanna drive, I just call to pick up from a really close spot and save like $10.

Doordash 100% does raise prices. If you go to the restaurant their price of each individual item is lower than the price listed on doordash. Its wild. Thats not even including all their fees and taxes.

I doordash and sometimes people who know me will ask if I’m working and if I’ll get them something and they’ll just pay me instead of them 😂 I hardcore judge people for the little things they order because they’re not buying something expensive enough to justify to the extra cost but also their $1 is wasting my time while I wait on big shopping orders and expensive dinners to rich people. Don’t think of it as a tip, but as a bid for service, because the experienced, high rated drivers are skipping you and it’s the part timers who aren’t taking it seriously who will get your single Starbucks cake pop or 2 liter from Dollar General

How do Uber eats I know that save you paid $28 for your food and you put a $5 tip..the tip is the only thing we get. Uber has really tried to give me a $2 delivery to Go 16 miles. They only do incentives if you meet the requirements which are either location of a specific area or set time ex.9:00 p.m.-midnight. also you will have to do two deliveries before you get that incentive.
