Looking forward to your Excalibur review. I hope you took my advice and got at least one ride 2nd from the back on the left side! Currently it's my #7 out of 50, and #1 wooden coaster out of 12 (just ahead of Coney Island Cyclone at 8, Twister at 10, and Phoenix at 14). I have the massively overrated, rough as all hell with a lame first drop Boulder Dash all the way down at 31/50. Can't wait for my next 17-ride day on Excalibur!

HOTTTT take with Boulder Dash haha, but we definitely rode Excalibur more in the back than front! Darn good time

Having ridden it now, my hot take is that, largely because of the condition Boulder Dash is in, Excalibur is the best wooden coaster in New England. (Roar-O-Saurus is close, but while it's an absolutely wild ejector machine, I think Excalibur's greater size and variety give it the edge.)
