Speed can not be the parameter to compare inkjet vs laser because both are designed for different purposes. If speed comparison is needed then it should be done between same kind of printers

Of course it cannot , and not that great speed anyways 14 mins Vs 22 mins not a big deal... I can get good quality in photos with a cheaper printer with tank, I can get way way more papers/cost efficiency like 0.001€ per page when in the laser I would get 0.019€ (depending what toner and what printer). So yea... Those inkjet's with tanks are pretty damn impressive vfm! EDIT: And when my ink is over, I can either use official ink with 8 euros per bottle 8*5 40€ overall or I can even get cheaper bottles 20 € overall...

I wish you did the experiment with an inkjet printer at almost the same price range. The epson L series are generally slow. I bet for something like epson wf3720 or wf7710 the time difference would be minimal.
