I noticed that whenever the watermelon goes across the eyes, that's when it usually happens, 1 seconds later. Also, the black squares happen at "aha... must eat aha...". Also, the random "error message" was just a static, that looked like the arrangement of the usual error message format.

Unicorn is in the left eye on 3rd or 4th glitch picture. Very easy to see at 0.25 speed Edit: there are two unicorns. One is made from static in the right bottom corner, and the other is white, and you can see it. Of course, they are in both eyes.
