Note: this team significantly benefits from hu tao C1, also if you want to increase the team dmg even more, you can double swirl on jean by using R5 sac sword By starting the rotation with Hu Tao Q jean E (skill reset) then continue as usual, and you will end up having about 5 seconds left of pyro VV shred, and the usual hydro one

Your rotation in first Furina/Yelan/Jean/Hu Tao is wrong. You should start with Furina and then go to Yelan, then to Jean - the few seconds spent on Yelan between Furina’s Q and Jean’s Q allows you to drain your HP more and threfore heal more to gain more overall stacks. In most teams you’ll start with Furina EQ for that reason “We’re running into more atk diminishing return w Bennett” Not really? Like, partially, because Hu Tao’s own hp to atk conversion is pretty high, but neither Furina nor Yelan buff attack - they buff dmg%, thing that multiplies your atk. The main issue with Benny is that he’s a single-target healer and spreading his heals to the whole team is a bit clunky and makes his buff on Hu Tao too short (esp when at least half of your team are hp scalers and have somewhere between 30 and 40k max hp), unlike with AoE healers like Jean or Mika On weapon. There is a major issue with Staff of Scarlet Sands with this team, or, to be more specific with using this team to put Hu Tao on MH set. And that’s the fact that SoSS is low base attack/high crit rate substat weapon, giving you 44% crit rate. So with MH you’re starting with 85% crit rate AS YOUR BASELINE. Any crit roll in your substats past 15% is overcapping your crit rate past 100%, making it worse than flat def rolls. This makes getting a good MH set a bit harder than usual Hu Tao sets.

If you run full healing on Bennett, you can actually heal like 12k ish per tick. So you can just quickly swap to keep people topped up

@@sarthak-ti yeah, with 4p maidens it’s possible to get to those numbers, but a) if running noblesse even on HP/HP/HB build it’s closer to 8-9k per tick; b)you’re still gonna be hp-negative on Furina and Yelan, as 12k is not half of their max hp and Furina does drain it to half over your rotation. And that can make your Furina damage get way lower from second rotation (you’re get to 50% health earlier in the rotation)

@@anyanP it’s not ideal, but the attack buff Bennett provides might still be worth it for certain teams. I haven’t seen any calculations so it’s hard to tell, but I’ve been experimenting and it feels decent. I do prefer jean or even baizhu instead, but Bennett is pretty solid

Charlotte also works very well on a BluTao team if you're using Xingqiu as the hydro support. That frees up Yelan, Jean, and Bennett to be used on the other side.

you can make it that Hu tao hp always under 50% you just need calculate the amounts healing from jean burst for example if your Hu tao have 40k hp half of that are 20k if you use her skill you lose 30% hp, so around 28k if you use skill you go under 20k (half health) so if your jean heal around 8k from ult and you dont stay in her ult your hp always be under 20k. how tune your jean you can use under lvl feather or weapon. you can go higher heal with jean like 10k but this way you depend on Furina Salon Members hp drain and you need change your rotation. this way my Hu tao dmg go from 70k to 100k charge att but i cant full the Furina stack. i can reach around 225 to 250 stack i always see the 3rd crowd animation. i hope it help😉

Hu Tao was my first character and my main and I absolutely love her. Furina too. I switched her to hunter set, my C6 Furina acts as a healer, Yelan for hydro application and mobility and Zhongli or Kazuha depending on how I feel for resistance shred and utility. The only thing missing from my setup is Homa.

@@N1xko thanks, Yes, Zhognli is better because his pillar is faster than Kazuha's combo and the rotation is tight because Furina needs some field time too, Zhognli shreds both hydro and pyro and provides interrupt resistance to Furina, but I sometimes use Kazuha in AoE situations

Archons, I want Baizhu so badly 😭 I had to take a break for a while right before his banner and it killed me. I have Kirara right now and I still love her but not having the heals (and snake) sucks. But being making her an on field driver and turning her into a little cat box of doom is the most fun I've had playing it in a while

13:00 as for the comparison, dude no offense but this has to be one of the worst showcases ever. first of all The whole point of using VV in the Hu Tao furina yelan teams is to swirl HYDRO beacuse it deals pretty much half the damage due to yelan being such a powerful dps. but in the showcase the second team that you're using not only doesn't use VV shred but also you fight a hydro geovishap wich has very heightened hydro resistances. and i know the furina team was fighting a pyro geovisshap but it doesn't matter if we're talking about hu tao's dmg. beacuse her numbers are high enough for it to not matter since there is very little difference between a 80k charged and 75k charged in the overall results. however the difference between very fast but very weak attacks for example 5k Xingqiu swords and 2k Xingqiu swords, the overall dmg of such characters is absolutely crippled. and wouldn't you know, Xingqiu loses like 70% of his dmg when fighting an enemy with such high hydro resistances (such as hydro geovishap) and so does yelan beacuse both of them deal relatively small numbers but they do it so frequently that it balances itself out, here however it cannot balance itself out beacuse even the fast attacks can't keep up with the shitty dmg the characters will deal

Baizhu also works very well with her in that team. His shield is very helpful - I think at C0 Hu Tao I prefer the team with Baizhu. And if anyone has his C2, you can replace Hu Tao Pyro Goblet with EM and make Burgeons blow up harder

From personal experience it’s one of the more comfy Hu Tao teams as long as you can get enough ER on Baizhu to burst every rotation. The main drawback is that you really, really need EM sands on Hu Tao for this team to perform at its best - EM sands are generally better option for vape Hu Tao, but with addition of burgeon that scales only on level and EM, HP sands aren’t even close to being competitive

Video is good overall, but the final "old best team" vs "new best team" comparison isn't fair. The old best team was Yelan, Kazuha, Benny, Hu Tao. You do N1Cs so as to not overpower Yelan's hydro app if you don't have C2 Yelan.

I just wanted to add that you don't really have to use MH on Hu Tao. I use 2pc CW and 2pc GD because they have great stats and I manage to hit more than 100k with her charged attack and more than 200k with her Q in the same team set up

As someone who has neither Furina nor Yelan myself, I'm going for Furina since I've heard that shes generally good. Plus, if Yelan doesen't get a rerun within 4 months and you buy the monthly card, you'll have another guranteed 90* pulls and then it's up to 50/50.

It is viable. Jean and furina combo can give yoimiya hugh buff comparable to bennett. And furina buff forherself is just crazy. For me tho, i always run xinqiu, Kazuha, or Zhongli in place of yelan because i don't have her.

I ended with some artifacts that even if their rolls are not perfect or high, they have NO useless stats "zero" So I ended with a HuTao with 33,300 HP after hydro resonance 303 EM 76% crit rate after MH activation 278 Crit DM Oh and 118 of ER it's something that I still can't believe, the best stats that I have in one character

Unless I'm the one misunderstanding and you're meaning Yelan+Xingqiu vs Yelan+Furina, it seems like Furina is the better in slot for a double hydro pair that do their role instead of Xingqiu, in most cases.

Hunter It’s awful on hutao. Literally not worth at all using . Stacks will not last the whole rotation and you’ll only ever have 1-2, which you’d sacrifice her low health passive for. Even furina has a rortation better for Crimson witch. And my god when it works it does your average 300k
