I don't have access to the email address because it has be disabled as I'm no longer part of the company nor do do I have access to the phone number as the SIM card has been disabled as well. Quick way of doing it plug the big side of your iphone wire into your computer push the side button and both the volume buttons, then press turn off. then as soon as it turns of plug the other side of the cable into your phone and then keep your finger pushed on the side button where you turn your phone off hope this helped, Bye
