Furnace Brook PERCH got bigger and bigger during exciting session

It's early February 2024 and I have returned to Furnace Brook in East Sussex after a few years since my last visit, in search of the lakes big Perch. On a gusty day and overcast I could not have asked for better conditions, would the Perch oblige? Yes is the simple answer and after feeding the swim on two float lines the better stamp Perch went on the feed as the day session progressed.
Using ‪@KorumFishing‬ Blobs and Stubba floats they made for great presentation when using big baits such as large prawns and big lobworms on a size 8 barbless All Rounder hooks.

Hi Alex, thank you very much, yes it was a brilliant day in perfect conditions. When that float starts to bob and then slide away it is one of the best sights in fishing. That thump thump on a bending rod is magic and the first sight of a specimen Perch is just great. Glad you liked the footage of the Freshwater Informer 👍🐟🎣
