furnace code light after fan failed to start

are you requesting help? Looks like carrier,bryant, payne or day and night furnace. as is giving code 33 open limit. most common cause, dirty air filter, but anything reducing air flow enough would cause 33, (registers closed or blocked, dirty indoor ac coil, blower motor failure or incorrect wiring). also incorrect manif. gas pressure. on video I can hear sound like circ motor with power to it but cant rotate. need more info for better sugestions

Sorry for any confusion. I uploaded these so I could send my furnace tech a link to diagnose my issue. The furnace wouldn't fail when he was there so as soon as it did I ran downstairs and shot a video of the noises and codes. You were right though, fan motor needed to be replaced. All set now!
