Thank you so much! Your video resolved my issue. I also truly appreciate the emphasis on material science. 😊

I just followed this entire video, and did the end portion of taking it off and checking it out first prior to buying a new part, and a bit came out of it, and voila! It works. So thank you for saving me $700, and getting heat back into my home!

Thanks you so much for your video, I just watched it and fix mine in 15 minutes and save probably a bunch. I had some debris fall into from above and it was stuck not moving, as soon as I took that out of my draft inducer and it started working like a champ. Now I have to cancel a HVAC Tech appointment who suppose to come tomorrow. Again thank you so much for everything you did God Bless.

The last part of your video just saved me $160. Same exact symptoms. I took the blower out and the fan was stiff. After watching the end of the video, I slapped it with a hammer and it works fine and it sounds the way it did day 1. I just replaced this part two years ago. You should buy some sealant to be safe. I'll have to do the same now that I reseated it. Thank you very much.

Incredible work! I've been having some issues with my draft inducer getting stuck. I'm able to get it un-stuck and working again. Today, I "cracked" it open and removed some debris. With any luck, that'll be all I need. But if I have to replace it, this video will be my reference. Thank you!

Great job getting your furnace fixed 👍. I’m glad I could help. Thanks for taking the time to check in.

I have the exact same situation and model number blower, and am taking your suggestion of taking the inducer blower out and inspect it before installing the new one. Maybe I can still return the new one and get my $450.00 back!! GREAT VIDEO, THANKS. gave you a thumbs up and subscribed to as my way of giving "thanks" 👍

@@TheLawnEngineer Me again - Just finished installing the inducer blower and it works perfect BUT, Now I have a pressure switch error - Still No Heat. Any ideas?
@TheLawnEngineer3 ай бұрын
@@WebbChannel1yes, check the rubber hose that connects to the nipple on the blower. There could be debris in the line preventing the pressure sensor from the pressure change. That sensor is how the controls know that the blower is moving air.

Was there any gasket on the back of the motor where it attaches to the furnace?
@TheLawnEngineerАй бұрын
No gasket but there is silicone applied to the groove in the back of the blower assembly.

What happened to mine was a moth get into the motor drain hose plugging up and causing moisture flow back to the the motor and gradually rusting it and die. Now I realize why the electrical outlet safety switch went off once a while; may be it turn off the motor when too much moisture get into it. The drain hose locates at the bottom of the impeller motor house. Amazon sells for $366 and Electrical Motor Warehouse had on sale for $318.

Amazing what can happen, thanks for sharing your experience.

You should also put a bead high temp RV silicone on that back inlet of the inducer.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to add that.
