Hello Richard! This is in Homebush West. You can check out Inner West Suburbs which are more or less 30 mins away from the city if doon ang work location mo. 😊 I have another video in my channel (2021 Apartment Hunting in Sydney) of 4 apartments that we viewed. Although last year pa yun at least magkaron ka lang ng idea sa range. Let me know if you have more questions 😊

@@everylittletin Thank you po. Opo sa cbd po ang work ko. Nakita ko un video mo for apartment hunting. Compare sa price dati, medyo mahal na ngayon un mga nakikita ko na 2 br na medyo new na unit.

@@richardaquino7034 yes medyo nga, nagtaas na ulit mga rent prices kasi pwede na ulit international students. Try niyo rin west like Blacktown area maraming pinoy, Granville, and Seven Hills pero mga 45-60 mins na ang train to cbd.

@@everylittletin oo nga try ko din sa westmead to blackdown area may mga 2 br pa na medyo bago and below 500pw. Nabasa ko na meron express train so mga 5 stops lng to central. Nakita ko lang un video mo and got curious na ok un mga nakita mo apartment below 500pw kaso mataas na pala ngayon. Maraming salamat sa time and info.
