The hand - tracker loss is due to your controllers going out of the base-station range. I found more base stations help reduce this issue. I have 5 now. Totally worth it for ASMR content.

Cool video! If you are having tracking issues, I recommend throwing blankets or towels over anything shiny in your room. Reflective surfaces can mess with the infrared. Did wonders for my tracking issues (I'm also using 1.0 Vive base stations and index controllers).
