Honestly love how understanding and helpful rocket is with your anxiety/ or overwhelmed spells. That’s so important in any partner or friend. Art is stressful and so is work. When they’re together, they can become incredibly overwhelming. You’re allowed to have slow days, just like rocket said. You get a TON done daily. I would try to remember that you’re more productive than not. Website looks so good !!!!

I'm sure you hear this pretty often. Looking at the big picture overwhelms me, so for any big tasks I have, I usually write Sub Task Lists to help me get from one step to the next without completely giving up. So if my big task is Clean The Kitchen, I can break it down into smaller tasks like Clean Dirty Dishes. Put Away Clean Dishes. Wipe Down Counters. Sweep Kitchen Floor. Then I can easily navigate my One Big Task, and still feel accomplished the whole way through. It also helps me stay focused.
