You can accomplish the same end result with any of the professional level NLEs. It's mainly a question of which user interface and editing style you prefer. FCPX fits the work I do best.

Mostly because quad suits are hard to make and so Beastcub of Sacramento is one of the few fursuit makers willing to make quads!!! That and FC is so really cool!!! *roar*

If price is a concern, then you should look into getting a partial suit (head, paws and tail). Search google for "list of fursuit makers" to find people who make custom suits. Look on ebay as well since there are always full and partial suits for sale.

Okay, clarification: $4,000 to buy it, if it is extremely complex, or you just found an expensive maker. From what I have seen, it is usually from around $2,000 - $3,000 from a pro maker.
