lamo throwing slow non-committal spinning shit and still slipped 🤣. This is an example of fighting how you train, I don't fight anymore, but if your going to throw more complex strikes you need to do it with aggression and speed not like your warming up on the heavy bag.

Apodaca has got to be the slowest MMA fighter I've ever seen. She looked like a sloth in there. Even her punches were slow and lethargic. No way she has a professional career like that. She'd have her head taken off if she was in the UFC.
