Even watching this footage he could have killed people a lot easier if he actually knew what he was doing. Blizzard increased all health by 60% in version 11.0, so the biggest beneficiary is the Fury Warrior, because the Fury Warrior will gain two buffs, Battle Focus and Second Wind, at 35% health, which is equivalent to restoring 2%-3% health per second. With such a large increase in health, this is an extremely crazy amount of treatment.
