I had this on C5 C6,and C 7 just yesterday,..may have been 4 5 and 6, I'm on loads of meds...this is so informative. Not really fond of music itself...maybe making it more in the background.

@hadeesrott no need to worry. Mine went very well. It's been almost a year since my surgery. The recovery took a few month's .

Love your videos Dr Cyr always so informative. I had a Diskectomy & fusion. Now 5 wks later I'm in heaps of pain. Same area as before. Seems as though operation didn't do anything yet x-ray seems fine and I'm scheduled to go for an ultrasound. I've been extremely careful although my neck , trap , upper shoulders are so tight tense and dr says feels like steel. Is this normal? Would Botox help? Or massage

Get a CT scan with contrast done . It will show if your fusion has fused together ? MRIs and other scans won't reveal the ossification ( bone growth that happens during fusion has occured ) .
