One thing to note is that the approximate specific gravity of ALL soda lime glass (not just BE) is 2.5. A System 96 user does not need a different multiplication factor as stated in the video.

For 6mm thickness, weigh an 8” circle of clear. Double it and that is how much glass to put in. You can even use the clear circle as part of the glass you are using (break it up) if you want. You math was spectacular but way to much work for me.

You're correct and I should have mentioned that method as well. I didn't have any 8" rounds on hand and didn't want to cut one just for the calculation. Thanks for watching!
