Man in black said his organs fully work and reproduce so he can get pregnant and get a girl pregnant but abilities we dk yet. In the manga he got pregnant as he transformed into a turtle and layed eggs and they hatched later on and he was happy being a mother and gave them all names but he had to let them go into the ocean

I have a doubt, wasn't implied that when Parona was killed by Hayase she was actually pregnant with a child cause she wanted to live March's dream for her? I might be wrong but i remember she was. What would happen to the baby if Fushi remained in Parona's form for 9 months? Could he give birth to her child?

parona couldn't honor her dream they were still fighting hayase and her forces so no way would she allow herself to fall pregnant unless she was successful in taking her out which we know she wasnt

its possible but not for Parona, Fushi only takes the appearance of those he last saw them, it was imply when he turn into Rean (when she looked the same as being 15), Gugu (when he was suppose to be cover in blood), and Parona (before she was pregnant and got her head cut off)

Well in the manga at some point Fushi turns into a sea turtle and actually lays it's eggs for it proving Fushi can reproduce though it's not clear if his offspring have his powers considering they're all just a bunch of turtles.

@@destroyerblackdragon We can assume while in whatever for Fushi takes, it is a 100% recreation and indistinguishable from the original. That's why Fushi could make swords, edible foods and even fire and water from nothing

In Fushi's "default" form he visually ages because he didn't transform into anything else for a few decades. He didn't seem able to transform into the 40 year old version again, so it's like a factory reset. The core identity remains the same, but any changes get reverted.

Everything Fushi transforms into is a part of their body, but they get better at distinguishing separate parts. Like how the first time he took off his clothes as the boy it was all sticky like it was living flesh attached to his body, Fushi’s transformations become more and more refined/detailed so it either detaches from Fushi’s body quicker or as soon as they transform.
