Coming back to watch this show as an adult gives me so much insight that I didn't have as a kid watching these episodes on VHS tapes. I know a lot of people are really angry at Yui, but I also think they tend to forget that she's just a kid, like no older than 15. She was r*ped and is being gaslit and manipulated by Nakugo- He is actively abusing her, she just isn't emotionally mature enough to understand it. Her feelings for Tamahome are a desperate clutch for a sense of safety and stabily- That same safety and stability that he gives Miaka.

Nah! Kikyo wasn't that heartless as Yui being towards her friend Miaka, Kikyo changed over time and taught Kagome everything she knew to defeat Naraku! Not Yui she really being really cruel!

I never had chance to watch this anime when I was in grade school so I tried to do binge watching this time.......I can say that I've been so emotional with this episode , first when Hotohori attempted to kill Miaka because of her disease but he can't because he sincerely love this girl and he really shed his tears..........secondly the love story and death of Shoka and Myou Juan (Mitsukake) is really sad 😔😢😭😭 #tearandanothertear
