You can! 😊 A little practice really goes a long way as long as you're being intentional about it. I've learned art by myself and through a few anatomy KZbin tutorials. But the basic rule I go by is: draw something (probably pretty bad at first), and then just erase and redraw what's wrong til I like it. The more you draw, the better you are at knowing what's wrong with your art, but reference images help a ton and even professional artists use them.
