Apparently you don't answer questions, so this would be a rhetorical question: Why don't you use construction lines? You're clearly an accomplished F360 user. I would really love to follow along with this video and make my own animated camshaft and followers, but you move way too fast for me. If you accept constructive criticism, I would get a better mic and slow waaaay down.

When i enimate model it doesn't enimate smoothly but with lots of jurks...is there any solution?

Contacts sets depends in Systems performance . But you can use as built joint to connect the rotary motion of the shaft with linear motion of followers
