I learned Fanuc from a book 17 years ago, learned heidenhain 7 years ago for just few minutes, I know how to program mazatrol, but I never had chance to work with mazatrol and now thanks to you I can use cam software. Thank you man, love your videos and the way you are calculating work times and creating fixtures for difficult parts is really professional. Thank you!

Very interesting video. Especialy because I just started on programming with 3d drawings (rhinoceros 5) for 2.5d machining. The only thing that is difficult for me is that I work with metric measurements and not with inches. I hope you do many more videos like this one and also videos in which you mill plastics. Greetings from germany, and sorry for my bad english.

I have been struggling with CAM for so long and this particular video taught me more in a few minutes than I have learned on my own in the past 8 months of trying. Thank you so much.

Hi! nice material! i learnt a lot. Step-by-step video is great idea but, even it I still have some warnings in fusion360. Is it a forum or sites where i can ask a a question about my program of machining TITAN-08M??

How does Fusion 360 handle dumb solids? If the solid model comes from another system does fusion still work the same?

Maybe there is already a video from Titan Academy about this, but when you are suppose to add the spindle speed, feed rate etc. It would be nice to actually see an explanation to why these speeds and rates works well with that drill in that particular material. My CNC teacher doesn't go into that a whole lot and that is why I need a better source :/

The Titans videos generally all include this - you set spindle speed and feed rate for each toolpath

Hi Titan, a suggestion, I am from Latin America and I know a little English but you could put subtitles to be able to learn even more. Thanks for the time you spend on this.

On the finished contour if you are using a half inch tool, why don’t you just overlap pass .520 to not leave witness line?

How do you dryrun a program with 80K lines of code? Ive always hand written programs at the controller and dry runned everything in single block when its a new part or program. Maybe I just dont have the balls to trust my CAM software? Do I just have to have faith lol

you can also simulate it, fusion 360 can do it, and it also detects collisions, so whenever you see the tool turn red it means it's colliding, in the info tab of the simulation, you can see the number of collisions. .

different control consoles has different macro or interface. so use programe auto coding you haven't learn each console. but lenght of code this time is very larger than manual programing with macro.that is what i think
