Hi Aravind, I need your help, i have created new OU in R12 and I have assigned that OU in security profile and ran replicate seed data and security list maintenance and have assigned mo security profile and operating unit profile for AR resp...when I open the system options I am not able to see that OU..where as I can see the OU in transaction forms and other setups...what could be the reason?

Can you run a backend query and check if AR System options are already setup by someone else for that OU?

No.. I will continue.. Its just that in parallel, for the last few weeks, i was focusing on creating videos on Real Time Fusion Cloud production support issues (based on requests from many of my subscribers).
