Sure... If you want to make a career in Oracle ERP as a Functional Consultant, then, yes, having a Accounting degree like CPA or CA is recommended so that you can better understand Accounting and Taxation requirements and then map it to Oracle product. Oracle Functional Consultant has good market if you get into consulting world..
