Thanks for stopping by and checking out my first video, believe it or not I spent literally four hours working on this!

I am fully convinced that if cartoon network relaunches fusionfall and makes it in a Genshin Impact style game while retaining its original artform, it has the potential to (single handedly?) bring Cartoon Network back on top, maybe even create a second Renaissance in the process.

I've got a better idea: have Studio Trigger pick up the Fusionfall franchise and make a Fusionfall anime series. That'd sure revive the franchise, provided that CN execs aren't as brain dead and stingy as of now 😂

When Retro was taken down, I was crushed. However, a bit after I found out the devs had actually broken up sometime before the takedown, I so we weren't going to get new content anyways. It still sucked though

I said this in a FF discord and everyone cooked me for it, I told people there’s a lot more to invest in video games these days, they’d be saving themselves but unfortunately with the Warner mergers that’s a dream

If you want to play, there's openfusion, the server hosted that's just the original base game (pre academy update) and then the academy update version too

i was watching a video from another channel and they put part of the opening trailer for this and I got reminded of this as I played this when I was a teenager. If this game came back, using the characters they had before, as well as newer characters from current, popular Cartoon Network series, it'd probably rake in a ton of cash and have a massive fan base if done right. I myself miss a lot of the older series, and would dive headfirst into a game that mixed the old with the new

Have never played the game before, just searched it on youtube after stumbling upon it on wikipedia, so here's a take from someone completely unbiased about any drama, discords, fan remakes, or whatever: your reporting is kinda bad. Companies don't like people using their IP without them being paid. They don't care if the game is free, or if the devs aren't getting paid. And if there's *EVER* any kind of mention of serious law breaking like p*do stuff, regardless of if its true or not, they're gonna want to shut it down even faster. So to suggest the _real_ reason is because they're embarassed by the project being better than them is silly. Sorry for being harsh, but sometimes an outside perspective can help people grow.

It was taken down because they were doing some sort of block or whatever called "CN Legacy" and if you looked that up, Fusionfall Legacy would be the first result. Plus, they had several websites with a lot of CN content on them, of course they wouldn't like that at all.

retrobution and openfusion are both of the games i play still Retrobution for the FFR server and Open fusion for the classic game and the academy build of the game

When i download retrobution it doesnt load properly it loads the blue bar and then goes to the first green screen loads a tiny bit and gets stuck

I really want to hope that someday CN will realize how important this game was to so many people. Which leads them to remastering it for console release, could even do cross platform then too. If they were smart they would do that, let’s hope

I didn’t even know Fusionfall came back and was even free to play 🙁. Welp the only “fusionfall” I can play to hold me is apparently is DCUO still. On a side note if the do bring it back having Darkseid or Braniac as additional main villains could be interesting and be believable villains the Power Puffs struggle against.

Its still playable look up openfusion. They have retrobution too but it wok t work for me but academy and future of the original versions work fine

Cool video honestly I didn't know about this game till today so thanks for that. Also I agree with the design comment I love how they turn flat 2D characters into 3D anime models. And at the time of me making the video I did research and saw that he claimed he did less than he was blamed for but at the same time I saw actual screenshots years ago (when it occurred) of him trolling so I still think it stands that if he wanted to be the martyr for “I got the game shut down” he should stand in it.

And yes, he definitely wanted to be the "hey I shut the game down" guy and everyone blamed him for it, but he wasnt THE actual reason, like you stated later in the video. The crafting dude was annoying to deal with constantly talking about it in the discord and making the same suggestion. The dude got pissy and made shit up. CN got several bot emails saying the same thing, so instead of investigating, they shut it all down. This dude ironically got in trouble for the same stuff not long after, community members did some digging on this dude and publicly outed him tho it was too late already.
