I think Springtrap’s head turning into a normal endo head is probably because of the illusion disks. And maybe the rest of the animatronics were probably applied with the Disks as well. And maybe the toys are just spare versions of them.

the reason why springtraps head dissapeared after closing the vent is probably because of illusion discs. probably the animatronics arent actually real, they are just endos with illusion discs, and when closing the vent on springtraps neck the disc probably broke and stopped the illusion.
