juan altredo I'm from Arizona, USA and I found this greatly entertaining. I am going to start watching BBC shows. here most shows are just super sinful with lust, drinking and drugs and drama. This is realistic. Gluten (the protein in cake) and casein (the protein in McDonald's milkshakes), become opiates on reacting with stomach hydrochloric acid, thus inducing cravings. The sketch depicts an adult who has the appetite of some adolescents; although as a reformed pastie and ice cream addict, I had to make a few adjustments myself (weight loss).
