Fussy Poodle Paws - Shaving Clean Feet on a reluctant young Standard Poodle

Not every Poodle sits politely while you shave in between their toes and all the bits around. Poppy, our gorgeous model is very bright - which makes her very curious about every grooming process. And this can make things a bit challenging for grooming. Although Poppy may be a bit fussy, it's important to note that not all Poodles are candidates for clean feet - and that can be for a variety of reasons., such as disposition and age. Lol, I don't know where they learned it, but yes, it seems like a lot of Poodles took the same class in Being Fussy (no matter their size!). 😄 We're releasing a Short video this Friday morn with Poppy again, but this time with a Safety Tether and going to try to shave her feet again, this time with better tools. @hay_Z2021 My Standard is really Moyen (45 lbs/20kg), and it's such a great size. She has mobility issues now at 12.5 yo, and we can pick her up with no prob, yet she was always big enough to hold her own. And no prob at hotel weight restrictions, very easy to travel with. Def a great choice imho!

Shortly after I made this video (and after working with Poppy and others for years in this way), I discovered a safety tether that totally helped keep her from being so fussy during her clean feet.
