EXCELLENT! Emotional! It's very European sounding, like trad. North Euro folk music.. fantastic music is so Universal.. for example a dude from Greenland can totally play, sing & get down to hardcore Chicago Blues.. like he's from there.. it's 2023 We need MORE emotional music from the heart like this.. more than usual!!! Sadly the Internet & Social Media has made us more ISOLATED & LONELY than ever before.. there's barely any natural social interaction these days

@jojogonzo I'm not going to go out on a limb and say "fuck you". I felt the same way when I first heard Future Islands. Nevertheless, I bought In Evening Air, and after listening to a whole album, I can tell you that it really grows on you. I could never imagine Future Islands with a "normal" singer. To me, "normal" in this case is directly exchangeable with "boring", and "dull".
