I got married in January 2024. My wife received her study visa last year and moved to Canada in May’24. When applying for my express entry, can I indicate that she is not accompanying me, as she has her own visa and can stay in Canada independently?

Hi sir, pls rpy I was working in a firm as office admin as part time having 30hrs per week. But the paystubs they are giving generated from payroll deduction online calculator. Since owner hires accountant from outside. (Have my name compny name and all contributions) Is there any problem for submitting this in my cec profile. I have t4 and filed tax.

i would suggest you take french also, the draws for STEM range between 486 - 490. You can just be lucky the STEM draws drop later this year. Keep faith!

Hello sir, Please next time answer this question because there are bunch of candidatesout there on the same page like me. My PGWP is expring in Aug 2024. I have crs score of 501. I have 3 years of canadian work experience and 1 year of international work experience.I am eligible in STEM as well. My question is until Aug 2024 if i dont get the ITA i am planning to go back india and wait in india for the draw. So if CEC draw comes down to 500. Am i eligible in CEC draw if i am not present in canada? Same goes category category draw?

Hello Sir, i have a question related to my PR application: Question 10 of CRS calculator - Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident? My spouse has her sister living in Canada as a citizen. Can i get additional 15 points in my EE profile even if my spouse is not coming with me in Canada? Ie.. if i mark question -2) ii as 'NO', will i still be able to claim 15 points? - Pls help

Guessing you have full ielts score nd 1 year experience. btw if you learn french at intermediate level (6 months) you can get 30 points more and guaranteed draw

no, you have to be eligible to apply for OWP in the first place. So please check for that.

Why worry about express entry, when all you need to do is to come to Canada on any permist and overstay, the government is in the process of granting permanent residency to all illegals. LOL!
