13:25 in 1968, in a span of 10-15 yrs. they set foot on moon. Before as well, the advancement in other technological fields was exponential. Trans-Atlantic flights were possible and achieved in just a span of few years from the time of first powered flight in 1902 which managed to stay in air for 12secs. Same for television, media and other tech. In those times due to USSR it was estimated that space tech would again have exponential leaps and by the time ot is 2001, world qill be that way. Similar case for musk. It was partially for funding and partially for mars travel. Covid and other things did cause significant setbacks to that goal. Even if not 2023 but by 2025 musk would have achieved it especially without covid years. I think it may be possible that we will see significant leaps and bounds in AI due to the benefit and cost saving potential it has along with being strategically important

I would take it as a pinch of salt. 17% growth in jobs is impossible considering all major economies in the EU are stagnant and slowing down. Germany, Italy , Spain, UK has -ve growth, France 1% growth, CHina 4% , USA 2% growth rate. And the population is growing, especially in INDIA and AFRICA. Can't compare 1960s to 2020s as in 1960s as that time computers were new things, the population was less, there were many resources , number of college graduates was even lesser. Nowadays there are so many graduates that almost 90%are unemployed.

@@shashwattripathi11 My father got a govt job straight out of university. I have struggled for 10 years, took 3 attempts and still couldn't get anything. It is definitely tougher to get any job nowadays. People were unemployed even before but the population was less and it was much easier to get any job. They were unemployed because they were lazy, Things ain't good for IT also. For 1 vacancy 5000+ candidates apply, if you have a year gap just forget about getting any job or interview. There are enough skilled people in INDIA and the population is growing so the companies can't absorb all deserving candidates tbh. That's why even for the stupidest TESTING profile companies will ask no gap, DSA, Aptitute, 3/4 rounds of interviews. The problem nowadays is that the population is increasing exponentially but jobs aren't and almost everyone is an Engineer. And almost everyone is rushing towards IT/Software jobs. AI will take a lot of jobs, most jobs in INDIA are outsourced, mostly monotonous tasks, INDIANS aren't developing products, or into research or working on complex algorithms. And BPO, SOftware Testing, Food Delivery jobs will go away in the next 10 years

@@shashwattripathi11 I already tried 5 years never got any interview even for Software Testing profile there are thousands of applicants. For IT job you need relevant experience and no company will train you. They all want 5 year experience candidate but how can you get experience straight out of college. Govt job is the only way as they hire based on skills , don't reject based on gaps etc. Also in IT projects are given based on references and connections no such thing as bench and leyoffs in govt jobs. Yes there are people making 20 LPA and there are people not even getting interviews. IT is all about who got campus placement, after campus placement no one hires freshers and those who are hired and those who got project their salaries will increase and they can reach 20 LPA but the fact is that 90% of Engineers can't get hired in IT because there are not enough openings. So stop blaming them, even those from IITs/NITs are unemployed, its all about luck nowadays. And 20LPA jobs are rare, only top 1% in IT are making 20 LPA, only those 10+ year experience and who can work 16 hours a day. And unemployment is more nowadays as population is increased a lot but jobs haven't

Hi brother, I'm Shivansh. I want to express what I have gone through and my experience with struggling phase of getting job. I graduated '22 in EC and in '23 joined CDAC training centre in one of top institute. I gained very profound knowledge and hands-on experience in technologies like Java, Advanced java, C++,.NET Core,C#,MERN Stack MySQL MS SQL server. I made two full stack projects. I applied in companies 12 interviews cracked 4 companies 2 of them ghosted after good interview said you're not experienced. In 3rd, They wanted me to work for free but was big company. 4th one start up not even cleared about salary took very hard interview rounds but I accepted them. They said u will get offer letter but never sent. I have depression 3-4 times in a row after spending so much and doing so much why nothing is happening. I understand tha market is not good but I'm really skilled fresher not a typical one. I don't know what to do I'll have gaps again. I approached over 200+ companies via LinkedIn and indeed. Mostly companies only asked if no experience we can't proceed. Even though i fulfill requirements. Please if there is any solution let me know

being brutally honest all those technologies you mentioned will take a lot of time to be decent enough. 4 programming languages, probably 3 frameworks, full stack. companies probably think you are just another course follower who just did a little of everything you said you are not typical fresher, but how do you know there are not others like you or even better?? in the end just know that competition is crazy. thousands or probably lakhs of students who followed courses and did projects. everyone is competing for small number of jobs. most don't even get chance. you are not alone, things you can do is just keep trying and accept that things will not be easy.

There I found out no one of them knows all technologies that we learn in CDAC. People who completed CDAC in the past, have become very successful because of cdac tag and teaching. But ever since this situation started, even cdac not getting enough companies with good vacancies. All the companies I got interviewed, In screening rounds they considered me equivalent to 1 yr exp. So I was actually competing with them.
