In sector 104, Puri emerald bay is the best. The area of hero homes is very less and is really congested/high density with a lot of flats.

@@rudys3649 It comes under the ultra luxury category, it has a PVR director's cut style movie theatre in it, a football ground. The construction is very good. It is one of those rare socities that provides two standard car parking (3BHK, 2450 sq ft). The current price is from 2.5cr to 3cr, they delivered the society in december 2019. The rent is somewhere around 35-40k for 3BHK (2450 sq ft). Hero homes is very congested, the apartment size is very very small but then the price of the apartment is low also, Hero homes doesn't fall under luxury category.
