@@mnemonija America, built Carge Island this where Iran offloads 90% of it's oil for export. There is a oil storage facility and oil pipeline from the Iran to the island. It was built for the Shah of Iran which was over 50 years ago now. So the facilities are in dire need of upgrade and repair for the Iranians.

Russia simply tookover old USSR bases in Lybia during the Kadafi regime. NATO nor the US was able to shut them down permanently. Historical Fact. Syria was just a "training ground" as both US and asc. troops battled directly with Russian military.
