Not really. There will be hype of AI and machine learning but this will not end the scope of web development/ software development because AI and Machine learning algorithm are embedded in software as a module. Hardcore web development experts will make more and more money but if someone get into Data Engineering, Data warehousing, Cloud Computing and Blockchain then their value will be increased and for this purpose someone don't have to just switch field but he have to just learn some skills for extra topping.

There is a lot of competition for data analytics/data science job in west too. I would say software engineering is not going anywhere but one has to enhance the skills specially in system design, cloud devops etc. Moreover, every developer should have strong hold on data structures too. I see Pakistani developers are not so good in fundamentals.
