Hello Dr. CST. I have been following your videos for a while and have greatly benefitted from videos. I have recently been able to secure a job as a lecturer in a top UK university. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude. I would also suggest if you could do a video on fixed term or contractual lecturer positions and how to use the position to convert it to a permanent position.
