Claims here are incorrect about FREE ENERGY or NO FUEL COST. That is false. Bendall demonstrates the devices lowers EMISSIONS, and provides some FUEL SAVINGS (current tests, 20%+), and is not claiming free or no fuel energy. This does not stop big oil out, or big car makers, but actually improves their position with existing combustion engines as a path to zero CO2 exhaust. It DOES run on gasoline and is NOT electrolyzing hydrogen. "Water vapor injection", or changing the heat of intake air are not significant, and it uses an entirely different physical process. Future Galaxy should re-study the work and re-do this video without the click-bait title. However the zero/near zero CO and CO2 effects are world changing.

The problem as I see this, is that the thunderstorm device is a method of reducing emissions from an oil powered generator and not free energy. All of the video shown demonstrates the outlet pipe emission's values from a standard generator, that has been put through a process of changing the emissions to pump out cleaner air than the air taken in. My question to you is, how can this be free energy, when it is not. It is definitely a superb invention that cuts emissions to practically zero but in no way shows the hype that you are insinuating.

You can build one. They freely publish the plans, and there is enough information in supporting videos by others to make one (Alchemical Science). It takes some tricky bit of welding of stainless steel for the key part, but others have replicated it and have similar results.

It could be a power strip applying a load or loads to the generator so it can be tested WITH a load, not just idle. It COULD be powering the one parasitic load on the system which is a small Compact Fluorescent lamp which emits UV light which ionizes the air stream before the "bubbler".
