What’s the difference between tsunderswap and underswap?

It’s not very apparent in the first area, but to quote the AU creators “instead of changing the characters to fit the story, we change the story to fit the characters.” Making it more than just “Undertale with everyone’s faces swapped around.” Example I always point to is Sans. In Underswap, he’s essentially just Short Blue Papyrus. But since that’s not true to Sans’ character and personality, in TS!Underswap, Sans is a vigilante crime fighter, disconnected from the royal guard entirely. That way, he keeps his independence and sense of justice he normally has

I'll try to tell you the main differences: The personality is the same, but the role of the characters changes, as well as other little things. For example, there is no "Royal Guard", but rather "Navy Guard", or something like that. But it is still done by the dog division of the area. It also changed some areas, some puzzles, and the order of the SOULs. For example, the Yellow SOUL was the first to fall, instead of the Cyan SOUL. Well, where does TS!Underswap get original? Well, mainly in the story. It brings together elements of Undertale that we already know, but done in an original way, creating its own universe. Instead of completely mirroring Undertale or the conventional Underswap (skin). For example, Chara, in this universe, is incredibly well constructed. They seem to have difficulty remembering their own name, or why they climbed the mountain, but this issue is still well worked out. Mainly through the "Memories", where we learn more about Chara's vague past. And of course, there's more to the other characters. Sans is not only lazy, he takes his job as a "Hero/Savior" seriously, but he also loves being himself. And he also likes how nice Papyrus is to him and stuff. You know, things we already know, but adapted to this universe. In short, it works with elements that we already know from Undertale, changes a lot of things and creates its own universe. Something incredibly unique and that works.
