@@SimpleSnippets BTW do you think MCA has a high scope in the future?
@SimpleSnippets
@SimpleSnippets 5 жыл бұрын
MCA is just a degree buddy. The syllabus isn't that high level since MCA can be done by a non IT bachelor student as well. In India yes still a masters degree has high value but slowly that trend is changing. It's now more focused on what skill you have instead of what degree you have. My suggestion is, if you are going to go MCA, then consider it as a buffer time to learn more outside the syllabus and gain skills in the domain you want. Particularly I would recommend you do freelancing and make a few live projects, that's the best way to learn a lot more than what college will ever teach you ✌️😊

Do the elements in a fuzzy set have to add up to 1, or they can just have arbitrary probabilities?
@johnnyreis6899
@johnnyreis6899 3 жыл бұрын
They don't have to add up to 1. Imagine you have two outcomes that are very true, they would both be over 0.5, so the sum would be over 1.

Sir plz make a video on numericals of linguistic variables in fuzzy logic.... It's a request sir... I really need it
@SimpleSnippets
@SimpleSnippets 6 жыл бұрын
Hello, I found the definition of linguistic variables in fuzzy set as follows - Linguistic variable: In a standard fuzzy partition, each fuzzy set corresponds to a linguistic concept, for instance Very low, Low, Average, High, Very High. During reasoning the variables are referred to by the linguistic terms so defined, and the fuzzy sets determine the correspondence with the numerical values I guess it's just a term. To be honest even I'm not an expert on this topic and my knowledge on this is limited, but looking at the definition I don't think it's a big topic to make a video about. I guess you can understand just by reading the definition. It's just the terms that we use to denote the degree to which the element is associated with the fuzzy set 😇✌️

4:00 - You talked about being "honest" as the membership function. We got some values as 1, 0.8, 0.4, 0 - are these called membership values or the degree of membership? What do they actually signify? Is it the case that if >5 is considered tall in traditional logic then in the fuzzy context, 0.8*5 = 4 is considered almost tall person (say)?

Everything fine until a statement describing a "fuzzy set" suddenly appears magically on the screen, with almost no explanation, with a term known as the "membership degree" that is inadequately defined. It's as if 2 minutes were edited out of the tutorial. With the missing two minutes restored, it could be much better. Thanks for your efforts, though.

How can you use fuzzy logic to solve malaria or typhoid problem
@SimpleSnippets
@SimpleSnippets 7 жыл бұрын
It is generally used to make predictions about how a particular region is likely to be affected by a disease and make complex assumptions and try and give them a numeric value on a scale. In fuzzy logic there is no absolute true or false so this logic applies where you want to find out how much likely is an event going to happen.For example lets take the case of malaria or typhoid, these diseases have various severity in various regions depending on many factors like - standard of living, climate, hygine, geographic location etc. So all these factors can be used in a fuzzy system and quantified on a certain scale and later we can make certain decisions and assumptions depending on the factors as to which country/region is more prone to typhoid or malaria and then take necessary measures.
