If you run to the bottom of the left hand stairs, turn hide behind the column and dodge any attack, the knight will bug out and walk towards the right stairs, you can then blast him with magic or arrows,

Only have an issue with This boss in ng plus and using the thief ring archers the archers just jump down -.- not to mention the damn camera when locked on to his feet will automatically start going up to his head making attacks miss and that’s when the character moves like he’s supposed too I keep having issues with my character just standing there when I press attack or dodge even at full stamina an sometimes the head butt attack will come out instead of a regular attack even when not pressing up…

removed armour & equipped said ring, walked through the fog & he stabbed me with his spear immediatley. also i don't have thay blue magic blast thing you did or any magic bar the heal. any help is appreciated as this is unfair for a second boss.

Haven't seen anything in the patch notes about that. On one hand I'd be surprised they did that, since save scumming in souls games has been a thing forever. On the other, many souls players are vocal about save scumming being a form a cheating, so I can see why they might have patched it. I guess the good news is most Demon's Souls levels are pretty easy to run straight from the start to the boss pretty quickly without fighting anything, once you're familiar with the level.

I must be terrible at this game cause I can't even beat it doing this, I keep getting hit and then try and heal and then he kills me. I have a +2 long sword and +4 scimitar and I leveled my character/stats to about 16-17 I think. I chose knight as my class

Nah, you're not terrible. Some bosses click with people and not with others. Sometimes all it means is you have to practice to get more of a feel for the fight. You'll get it.

his ai must have improven cant get near him, he does a sweep with sword , very large area difficult to dodge, also while behind him he will either turn and repeat sweep, or keeps jumping back, very small window of attack, as he is faster than in the video, the thief ring does nothing btw

Only a couple of patches since release and none of them affected the Tower Knight, he's still the same. Just gotta remember he reacts to your distance and your moves, so you have to be patient and time things correctly like I do in the video. Apart from that, this might just be a boss you don't gel with. Lots of people find Tower Knight supremely difficult, so you're not alone. Part of it is the frustration of the long run back, which is why I recommend the save point. But apart from that, it's just a case of getting the feel for the fight - I should add I've done this fight probably a hundred times, so for me it's like clockwork. Don't expect it to be the same for you without some practice is all I can say.

Thanks, I bested him after 14 tries. If only you could lock on hi left foot it would be easy, the lock on stops after the foot is damaged. Weird cause sister Friede was dead on second try and these DS bosses are killing me

@@lucidstorm7018 Nice! From memory there are no other bosses with the kind of run back TK has, so from here you should be smooth sailing! Also, I did a fist only no death run at one point and showed the whole run, so if you ever get stuck you can follow that like a walkthrough. Because it's fist only it takes a lot longer to beat each boss, so you can really get to see the boss patterns. It appears to me that these bosses hold the attack for longer so they appear trickier than ds series, except latest elden ring dlc which is similar

Yeah, you have to unequip it until you’re below 50% weight. I had issues while playing as a Temple Knight and was just too slow.

the easiest method is to go to the stonefang tunnel and upgrade your weapon as far as you can and then buff your weapon with turpentine then you can go crazy with the boss
