Thank you! :) Most planes stay stable and responsive if you keep your speed above 300 km/h. Deploying flaps in harder turns is also very important to gain stability, specially in the Fw 190. Use the rudder while doing aggressive maneuvers! Learn how to get out of flat spins, it will help you to prevent them. The rest is probably mainly experience and comes with time.
