With what power settings do you get 950 fps? I have a 50mm barrel and setting the regulator to 150 bar I can't exceed 855 fps with the jsb knockout... Greetings from Spain

Lol. Yes a 357 is good. Here in S. A i cant shoit anything higher then 22 calibre without a license. The 22 is enough for me and alot of fun

In think on the first dove you didn't see any exit wound because the dove just got down right before you shot it, plus you were shooting high, the slug might have recocheted on the back of the dove continuing its path after hitting the dove with enough energy to kill it. This was a video I enjoyed very much and I like the fact that you showed also your misses, so enthusiasts know that not every shot is a hit.

You talking of rechochet of pellet!!! 😅 Man!!!!! It reminds me of what i witnessed once shooting a dove with pellet gun(springer) and a cheap scope. We were on a farm looking to shoot a few for my friend who uses the birds meat as fishbait. I wasn't use to shooting through a scope so i shot a few practise rounds. Than as i aimed for the dove i aimed for the largest part of the target, thinking of its only gona strike off some feathers. After pulling trigger i saw dust in ground, which is obviously the pellet hitting ground. The dove however fell!!!!! My buddy is like you got him!!! Im like no way NO WAY!!!! He said what you mean. I said its impossible!! I hit the ground in front of the dove!!! We took the dove and my friend started removing the feathers as there wasn't blood. The pellet rechocheted into the back of its skull. Just enough force to kill it!!! And the pellet still retained its shape at back. Now thats LUCK!!!! My friend joked he said everytime i visited them on farm weard stuff happen. 🤣.

100%! I replayed at 0,25x speed and you can see the bushes behind the bird being hit. There’s no way in hell a slug will not pass through a little dove with that much energy behind it😛 there’s no exit cause the slug sliced open the back as you said, high shot

I think the bc on projectiles are better in fx liner that others since they don’t scar the projectile as much.

The Knock slugs shoot well but the expansion on the Javelins is supreme. Big difference there. 👍

I have a mk 2 that I put a power plenum on and left the original hammer spring in. My reg is set at 150, hs maxed out, valve on 4 and all I can get out of it is 900 FPS. I don’t understand why I can’t get more. That’s with knockouts.
