What kind of gelatine are you useing? Where do you buy it? I'm located in Denmark and do not have the luxury of waiting a month for delivery..

Could this be layered with liquid latex or put on over latex? Would that also help it stay on longer in a hot environment?

That might help a bit, but if you're standing in the sun all day gelatin will start to slump no matter what it's covered with.
