This is the most informative and straightforward tutorial on SpeedTree that I've found. A big improvement over what I've seen out there.

@@fxmaniac2839 I've been on the lookout for a good Speedtree training, and yours is absolutely everything I could hope for, and more. And excellent introduction, especially for absolute beginners to this software like me. Thanks again. Could you go into some detail about how to create specific tree types from absolute scratch? Or is it necessary/best to rely on Speedtree's own library?

@@F10F11hm Thanks , actually this second part of the series is showing the exact same thing that you are asking, making a tree from scratch and explaining the parameters along the way. Once you get what everything is doing you can just build any tree that you want ,

Beautiful intro! I hope with the forces in the next vid, I will be able to create ficus walls like those in Hong Kong. (I also bought the strangler fig and banyan asset packs, only to find that they look very unrealistic.)

Hi there, sorry for the late reply, yah I covered most of the forces and parameters that comes with them , hopefully you'll be able to get the results you are after.
