Bij urine-incontinentie kun je je plas niet ophouden of je verliest ongewild urine. Dit veroorzaakt vaak (onnodig) veel onzekerheid. Urine-incontinentie is vrijwel altijd goed te behandelen. Fysiotherapeutische behandeling bestaat uit oefentherapie voor de bekkenbodemspieren en voorlichting. Voor de behandeling van complexe incontinentieklachten kun je terecht bij een bekkenfysiotherapeut.
