In September 2008, OMD released a new Greatest Hits album which was due to feature a series of 'mash-ups' - reworkings of classic OMD songs. But various issues prevented this from happening.
This remix of She's Leaving features electropop outfit Marsheaux who supported OMD in Greece in 2007.

Electronic bands are the best ever. Like for instance, Kraftwerk,Depeche Mode,Petshop Boys, and OMD. With out them some of today's electronic music bands would not be here today.keep safe ❤️

This is beautiful, i am a big fan of classic 80's new wave and current futurepop - and this to my ears is a masterpiece. This could have been released in 1988 as a remix, and most collectors and fans would love this. It reminds me of book of love crossed with italo disco. Great musicians and music should evolve- and this is a great example of that.

I saw them on the same bill as Section 25 and Joy Division at a gig for the year of the child in 79 at the Savoy in Blackpool. I wasn't keen on them that night having said that, it was the night they left Factory and got their big break but what does a 14 year old boy know. Great pop song

@MrMichalsky No, you're wrong. Vince Clarke sounds like OMD. OMD's first single was the initial for Vince, to found Depeche Mode to make the same music as OMD. And later he founded Yahoo and at least Erasure. I love all these bands. :-)
