Thanks for the upload. I have a dropped 2002 fzs1000 and instead of making it look new im gonna make it a cafe racer. This vid helps with the brainstorming.

Did you ever complete it? Would love to see it.

@@theyack789 man... I did complete it, for the most part. But I crashed it again.. a couple times. Eventually it became a stunt bike. But it being so heavy it didn't fare well as a stunt bike so now its gone. I miss her..

@@AudioWastelandStudio yep, I had a CB1300 for 12yrs. Regret the day I sold it. Thought I'd never get another bike that made me feel that way again, but then I had a go on, and bought a FZS thousand. Love it and will keep hold of this one. 👍

@@theyack789 they're getting more expensive too. Lost gems of a sort. I'm returning back to the fz next chance I get and keeping it for my grandsons xD

@@AudioWastelandStudio that's awesome. I hope you find a good one and I know your grandson will cherish it. And yes, bikes, along with everything else at the moment are at extortionate prices. I think the first gen Fazers are amongst the last of the proper muscle/street/sport/touring bikes. The new bikes do nothing for me which is why I went looking for an older machine. I have only had it a month or so but absolutely love the way it looks and rides and am really happy with it. Take care and ride safe my friend. 👍

Bike looks wonderful! I like to ride much more than work on bikes lol. I would thrash that bike putting 20k miles on in 1 year. trackish riding on the street. Was that your dad that helped in the tear down and rebuild? If so a video to be cherished for generations if we can make it that long.
