This Video is regarding the starting stage of constructing G+1 Residential Villas in United Arab Emirates. In this video, a brief description about the plot limits, excavation, soil classification, slope of cutting, dumping the cut material, road base material, preparation, laying, leveling and compaction has been given in Urdu/Hindi languages. This will followed by a series of new videos In Sha Allah and will cover structural and finishing works from start to end the site. Zyada tar cases may plot limits k andar boundary wall banana hota hay , yani plots k points k beech ap nay boundary wall or compound wall banana hota hay.. Drawing k mutabiq agar plot limits pr koi structure ata hay tu usually 1 meter bahir ki taraf excavation k saktay for workers movement lekin agar local authorities ko wo jaga chahiay jo ap k plot may nahi ata tu ap ko un k time k mutabiq clear kr k deni hoti hay. Legally ap sirf apnay plot may kaam kr saktay hay . Working allowance or temporary hoarding boarding , site fencing k liay ap 1m say 5 10 meter tak jaga gair saktay hay , saman raknay k liay , steel yard bananay k liay ...
