[G-AS] Service 84G/W's First Day

First day of 84G/W! The routes took over service 84 to serve the new Punggol Road. It also serves the upcoming Punggol Coast MRT station! For some reason, there's no centered EDS to the new routes, I guess the company have forgot to add it.
