Thanks for the effort you put in, very informative and you're awesome. I have the oldschool gbomb with Bennett front and seismic rear wedged at 30 and it was perfect, but the seismic has broken down and can't be re placed so I don't know if to go with the torsion tail or the Poppy's to get that fun and surfy feel even at low speeds for pumping

Cool videos! It´s interesting to see that the Beernett 5.0 with a 127mm Hanger works on the Glass Drop. Because GBomb´s site says: "Regarding hanger width. Since the composite series a bit wider, expect to run hangers around 150mm width."

@@beernettskatesystems4185 Good to know! I'm waiting on a pair of 150mm Paris trucks and a Randal 42 degree baseplate to start my first real experiences with (topmount) pumping. In the long run I will probably get 2 Glass Drops for a platform/bracket board with the Paris trucks and put a Beernett and a Randal (or a Paris street truck? ;) on the topmount board. Yep. Burning the candle at both ends! I don't get any younger... :D

Hello Mr. Beernett! I have a quick question: what longboard decks are compatible with Gbomb brackets? I would rather not do any major cutting nor grinding on a deck, BUT ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you for all your work and be safe

Basically all platform decks are intended for use with brackets. They are slightly shorter (up to 28") You can use a topmount longboard or a dropthrough but then it is necessary to chop it. Otherwise the flex is not ok and the wheelbase too long. I have seen some great examples of chopped decks!

Can you add risers on top of the trucks make it a bit higher? Or will it affect the bracket functionality do you think?

Would be great to know a way to rise the clearance - my board came with a set of what I think are risers (basically some plastic that fits around the bolts in the trucks) and am wondering if I double up on the risers if that would help since one doesnt do much

Is long distance pumping easy to do for skateboarding beginners? Does it take a lot of practice?

Yes pumping will also take some practice. But having the right skateboard setup definitely helps a lot!

海あり山あり I do not ride a Gbomb board right now. I ride a Pantheon Trip with Don't Trip Poppies. I push more than I pump.
